Ahoy matey

Kate and mommy went on a "girls only" trip to the library for story-time. The theme of the day...Pirates! Kate thinks she is a pirate quite often and runs around saying "Arrrr, I'm a pirate" so it was a convenient theme. All the kiddos got an eye patch too.






After story-time she found a fellow pirate and the two of them marched up and down the aisles pretending to be all sorts of characters. Then when it was time for the other pirate to leave, Kate and I chose some books. We ended up bringing TEN home! Thank goodness for libraries and free books :-)
