After exactly 5 weeks in the NICU, Kate is HOME!! :-) We are adjusting to our new life with Kate and couldn't be happier. Who knew 5 lbs could change our life so much!
...Fun fact: 3 weeks ago Jason predicted Kate would come home on the 19th, and she did!

YAH!!!She is home at last...you all look so happy and soooo tiny. She looks big in some of the pics but she looks so tiny in her bed/swing, but she looks content. Thank you for posting and letting us share in the homecoming...some of us Moms check blog several times a day for a glimps of what is going on in Baby Kates life (Jason & Amy's too). AML mom/nana
Congratulations Baby Kate and Amy and Jason too! We already miss you sooooo much at the NICU! We can't wait for Nora and Kate to have a playdate in the spring!
